Overview

This document details new features concerning the creation maintenance and viewing of individual accounts in Cosmo via Scooby.

Background

TBD.

0.2 Release

Goals and Objectives

The goal is to permit Chandler users to view their calendar via a web browser and to streamline the process for setting up web access.

High Level Use Cases

Requirements

View User's Chandler Calendar on Cosmo-Demo: The goal of this is to allow people to test and try out Scooby without downloading the OSAF server bundle. This will also serve as a means for Chandler users who are using Cosmo-Demo as their sharing server to have web access to their Chandler calendars.

Specify a URL for Cosmo: This will allow Scooby users to set up access for their calendar with a single URL, that is easy to e-mail.

Cosmo may store hostname, port, path, etc. in serperate fields. This requirement would not change the way this information is stored. It would change the way it is presented and edited. (visual to come.) -Priscilla

Assumptions

There are no assumtions at this time.

Open Issues

There will be Scooby-demo as an experimental server for Scooby 0.1. Will need to talk to Jared

Code Design

[John/Bobby to add info here] This section must be completed by the developer. Schematic of any kind (class hierarchy, object relationship) is welcome.

Use this code style for code example or anything that needs to be typed on a command line.

Use this style to mark up issues.

Special Considerations

QA / Test

Any info that will be useful for testers.

API / Developer Platform

Security

Not sure.

Internationalization / Localization

N/A

Accessibility

UI must be accessible (Section 508).

Build / Install

[John/Bobby to add info here] New info that coders need to know introduced by that feature. List here known dependencies in particular.

Changes

Make it a simple process for end-user to create account and login to Scooby session. This feature has been implimented as part of the OSAF server bundle. We do not believe it needs to be re-implimented apart from the OSAF server bundle.
